GIST OF THE CASE-

             The Board's truck No. CPO-7030 had meet with an fatal accident on 31.03.99 causing to Motor  cycle rider got injury, one of them expired At the time of accident, shri Karim Bux Driver was driving the vehicle. Further the vehicle was also covered under insurance policy.

                          The wife of deceased person had suit a claim case in the MACT Betul. The Hon'ble MACT Betul has passed an award for Rs.2,63,000/-. The award money has already been paid by the Insurance money has already been paid by the Insurance Company on 17.01.01 accordingly. Now Smt. Gunta Bai has suit an appeal case in the Hon' ble High Court Jabalpur on 13.09.01 for enhancement of  the award money. Now the case is waiting for final hearing.
