            As per Board’s existing rule no provision has been made for higher pay scale for Fire Fighting Staff.  Shri Gunwant Godbole and others already fulfill the minimum satisfactory service period for grant of higher pay scale.  Hence Shri Gunwant Godbole and others filed the writ petition in High Court Jabalpur.  The written statement from MPSEB has already been submitted.  The case is yet to be listed for hearing.
