             This petition has been filed against order Dt. 14.8.01 passed by the Industrial Court bench, Raipur  in appeal No. 85/MPIRA/(A)-11/99 in the matter

            (I)  Against recovery of Penal Rent of Quarter  No. DE-243.

            (II)  For sanction of leave for the period of absent  from duty.

            (III) For payment of special pay @ 250/- P.M.  for working on higher post  of P.S.Gr.III.                                                                                                                                                                                                

            (IV) For payment of over time wages for  4 Hrs.  per day.
