                                 The Board's jeep No. MP-20-w-1385 had meet with an fatal accident on year 1997 causing to motor rider got injury and of then expired. A the time of accident          Shri Kashinath Driver was driving the vehicle. Further the vehicle was also covered under insurance policy.

                         The wife of deasesed person had suit a claim case in the MACT Multai. The Honable MACT Multai has passed an award for RS.3,63,500/-. The award money has already been paid by the Insurance Company on accordingly. Now Smt. Nirmala Bai has filed an appeal case in the Hon'ble High Court Jabalpur on 09.09.02 for enhancement of  the award money. Now, the case is waiting for final hearing.
