Gist of the case-

                       An order  No. AS/ MPPGCL/ DE/158 dtd. 31.03.2004 was issued by MPPGCL for making recovery of Rs. 1,19,424/- from the salary of    Shri R.K. Banzal, SE (Gen), Sarni and also withhold his two annual grade increment without cumulative effect for irregularities committed by him. Shri R.K. Banzal has filed an appeal against this before Board and subsequently filed a W.P.No. 3069/04 in the Hon’ble High Court, Jabalpur against the Secretary (Energy), State of M.P., Secretary MPSEB and Addl. Secretary, MPPGCL for directing to the Respondent No. 2 i.e. Secretary,  MPSEB to dispose off the petitioner’s appeal and also the stay application until the time no recovery of order against which the said is pending be executed.

                   Board has considered the appeal and rejected vide No. 2150 dtd. 19.08.04 the case was schedule to be listed on 23.08.2004 but not listed.
