GIST OF THE CASE-

           Vide   Board's order dated 25.09.96 Shri R.K. Rekhi, the  then Executive Director (Gen), Birsinghpur was dismissed from the service because of serious acts of misconduct committed by him in  the   discharge   of   his   duties due to which board had suffered a 

loss of more than Rs. 25 lakhs.  According to the charges, he had got   released   1935 metres of scrap conveyor belt from the Stores of   Korba   West   &   Sarni   without there being any requisition or  requirement   and for this purpose he had utilized the services of 

his   subordinate   in   a   planned   manner   & with a conspiracy has  willfully   misappropriated   the   same.    Due   to   dismissal   from  service,   only   P.F. had been released to him and other dues such  as   Gratuity,   Group Term Insurance, E.L. Encashment etc. had not  been released.

           Against   the   Board's said order, he has filed the W.P. No.   3377/99 before the Hon'ble High Court of M.P. praying mainly  for following relief :-

      (i)  To quash entire enquiry & the order of dismissal.

     (ii) To pay his the entitlement regarding GTI,   Gratuity etc.
