GIST OF THE CASE

             As per Board’s existing rule no provision has been made for higher pay scale for Fire Fighting Staff.  Shri S.P. Nagore and others already fulfill the minimum satisfactory service period for grant of higher pay scale.  Hence Shri S.P. Nagore and others filed the writ petition in High Court Jabalpur.

                         The written statement from MPSEB has already been submitted. The case has been finalized on dated  18-10-2004.
