An order for the work of Conveyor Belt maintenance was placed on M/s Thejo Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd., Nagpur for a period of 3 year w.e.f. 01-08-2001 to 31-07-2004.  For awarding new work order, an N.I.T. No. 08-004/P&W/WT-29/851 dated 15-09-2003, was issued from this office.  After tender procedure, an L.O.I. vide No. 08-004/P&W/WT-29/4634 dated 03-07-2004, was issued to M/s Waidhan Engg, & Industries Pvt. Ltd., for the work.  As per directives contained in letter No. 4645/F-S/56/13/96/04 dated 05-08-2004 of Energy Department, Government of M.P., the said L.O.I. was cancelled by this office letter No. 08-004/P&W/WT-29/425 dated 06-08-2004.  Impugned to this order, writ petition has been filed in High Court, Jabalpur, by M/s Waidhan Engg. & Industries Ltd., Waidhan.
