GIST OF THE CASE:-

                        MPSEB challenges impugned an order passed by Controlling Officer.  Gratuity payment Act 1972, Betul on dated 20-03-2003 directing to pay interest of Rs. 52,035/- within a period of 30 days from the date of order, otherwise Rs. 14.25 per day towards interest on the above amount is to be payable.  MPSEB preferred an appeal before the Appealet Authority Gratuity payment Act 1972 and Sub Labour Commissioner, Bhopal.  The above appeal has been dismissed by the appealet authority Gratuity Payment Act 1972 and Sub Labour Commissioner Bhopal by impugned order dated 19-10-2003.  Hence, MPSEB filed this petition.
