Court of M.P. Jabalpur in W.P. No. 3833/01 in the matter of seniority of
respondent in the cadre of O.A.Gr.III w.e.f. 15.12.84 and for his
promotion to the post of O.A.Gr.II w.e.f. the date persons Junior to him
were promoted I.e. w.e.f. 31.5.91. |
