 GIST OF THE CASE:-

                         MPSEB challenges impugned an order passed by Labour Court, Betul on dated 23-07-1999, directing reinstatement of Ramcharan Jawalkar in Service.  Against the said order, MPSEB preferred an appeal before the Industrial Court Bench, Bhopal.  The above appeal has been dismissed by Industrial Court by impugned an order dated 24-01-2002 with directions for maintaining order passed by Labour Court.  Hence, MPSEB filed this petition.  Petition is pending in High Court, Jabalpur.
